Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase, we offer the opportunity for you to return / exchange your items within 30 days from the date of shipment as long as the items are in their original, unused condition.

Special Orders/Customizations

As these are created to your specifications we are unable to accept returns on these orders.

Our Return/Exchange Process
Upon arrival, your purchase will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department to ensure the items are in their original condition. If signs of wear, alteration, sizing (by another jeweler other than The Wedding Band Company) or any other damage are present, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. If your item is accepted, your refund/ exchange will be processed within 5 days of receipt.

Return/Exchange Procedure

  1. Your Return Authorization Code.  Email
    returns@theweddingbandco.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  2. Fill Out The Return Authorization Form. Included in your package, you received a Return Authorization Form. Please fill out the form, cut the return label found at the bottom of the form and write the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the return label.

  3. Package Your Return. Include all packaging materials and the return authorization form. Seal the package and attach the return label to the outside of the box. If for any reason you do not use the return label from the return authorization form, please address the package as follows:

  4. Please do not write The Wedding Band Company on the box as this might invite theft during transit.

  5. Ship Your Package. All items being returned need to be fully insured as The Wedding Band Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage on return shipments. Returns and exchanges must be shipped within the 30 day period with a RAN on the box and following the specific instructions below. If the package is not shipped properly, we will be unable to accept it.
    For purchases less than $500: You may ship it via any courier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
    For purchases over $500: Ship your package via U.S. Postal Service Registered Mail and insure the package for the total value of the contents. Request a return receipt/signature required for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. Please note that FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500 without third party insurance.
